Executive Leadership

Kris Gonzales

Kris provides leadership for Transmission Line and Substation operations. He began as a groundman, completed a four-year apprenticeship, and advanced through roles including journeyman lineman, foreman, construction manager, and vice president before becoming President. As a result, he brings more than 20 years of field and management experience that strengthens relationships across senior leadership, engineering, project controls, vendors, and customers.

Brent Voorhees

Brent has more than two decades in the utility industry, with prior experience as a CPA. Today he oversees accounting and information technology. Because of his finance and operations background, he helps align people, processes, and systems to support safe, efficient project delivery.

B.S., Accounting — University of Wyoming • CPA (since 1998). Outside of work, Brent and his wife, Dawn, support youth wrestling as coaches and volunteers.

Eric Michel

Eric brings nearly 40 years of experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, including more than two decades in executive leadership roles.
At Brink, Eric shapes organizational direction by developing company strategy and leading annual operations planning. He oversees Human Resources, Safety, Training, and Marketing and Communications — driving both the culture and the capabilities that position Brink for continued success.
