Substation Construction

Substations receive high-voltage power from stations and grids via the overhead lines of transmission systems. It’s here, at the substation, where voltage levels are transformed before continuing on through the power network. From the substation, lower voltage power continues through the distribution lines of the network—the last step in powering the places where we live, work, and play.
