Today, Boldt operates as a division of Brink Constructors (a subsidiary of Quanta Services, Inc.), pairing fast-moving field crews with the depth, tooling, and safety culture of a national infrastructure leader.

Transmission Line
(up to 230 kV)

New build, rebuilds, structure replacement, reconductor, foundations, stringing, and line energization support.

Distribution – Overhead & Underground

Make-ready, pole sets/transfers, trenching/duct, terminations, pedestals, vaults, customer tie-ins, and fault response.

Substation

Steel and bus, equipment swaps, grounding, panel wiring, protection & controls, and SCADA/commissioning support.

24/7 Storm Repair & Emergency Response

Rapid mobilization for make-safe, temporary restoration, structure replacement, and final repairs—day or night.
