About Brink Constructors and the Frank Brink Memorial Scholarship
Frank Brink founded Brink Constructors, Inc. in 1946 with a vision to build a company rooted in safety, integrity, and craftsmanship. His disciplined approach to running a sound and reliable organization laid the groundwork for what has become over 80 years of excellence in the powerline and substation construction industry. One of Frank’s earliest innovations—painting all equipment a distinctive red—wasn’t just for branding; it was a deliberate safety measure that quickly became a recognizable trademark of Brink’s commitment to jobsite safety and operational consistency.
Over the years, Brink Constructors has remained steadfast in its mission to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions. Moreover, it continues to uphold the values taught by its founder. In August of 2015, Brink joined the Quanta Services, Inc. family as a subsidiary. As a result, this partnership has allowed us to expand our reach and capabilities. We continue to operate independently, focusing on the work at hand rather than the bottom line.
From the beginning, our company’s philosophies have been clear and unwavering:
- Work safely and responsibly.
- Maintain and respect our equipment.
- Deliver quality construction that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Complete every project on time and to the satisfaction of all involved.
- Leave every job site with the confidence that we’ll be welcomed back.
Ultimately, Brink Constructors is more than just a construction company—it’s a legacy built on hard work, trust, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We take pride in our history, and we look forward to continuing that legacy by investing in the future of our workforce and the communities we serve.
